Shipping policy
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of submission. In the rare circumstance that this is not possible, the customer will be notified via email.
All orders are dispatched with tracked services, and tracking for your order will be provided via email.
All orders are dispatched with full insurance. In the rare circumstance that a shipment is damaged or lost in transit, an appropriate refund will be issued once the courier has provided confirmation of such occurance.
We are required by law to provide the actual purchase value of any internationl purchases on the customs documents. We unfortunately cannot alter the purchase value, or mark the item as “gift”.
All international orders are DDU. The recipient is responsible for any duties and taxes that may be charged. Where possible, we will split any international orders with multiple items into multiple packages, in the aim to avoid duties and taxes.
