Some items in the archive may not be available for people we have not worked with before due to how delicate they are, however, once we have built up a good relationship, all items will be available, we will advise which few pieces this applies to when inquiries are made.
Rental costs are around 5-10% of the market value of the item (varies per item), and deposits may be required. If you do not have the budget to facilitate these costs, don’t be afraid to pitch your project to us and we can waive these costs, however, for established publications we cannot waive these costs.
We can arrange pickup, drop off or collection 24/7 within London.
Please be prepared to show references regarding past pulls/rental when inquiring.
We stock both brand new products, working with designers, and secondhand products which we have sourced and curated. Should any brands/designers want to work with us, please reach out via email (email@example.com). If a product is brand new, this will be stated in the description.
As a small independent shop, Sea.Lam Archive does not accept returns, exchanges or any form of refunds. All sales are final. These terms can only be exempt under exceptional circumstances which could not have been avoided by the customer, in which case the customer can reach out via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Should an item arrive damaged, or be lost in transit, we may offer a return, partial refund or full refund.

We take both PayPal and credit card (through Stripe) to ensure protection for both buyer and seller within the transaction.
All orders will be charged immediately once the order has been submitted.
Sea.Lam Archive accepts payment via credit cards and PayPal, both of which are the most common used for online purchases. Sea.Lam Archive strictly follows UK payment processors' selling guidelines, ensuring that both the customer and Sea.Lam Archive are fully protected under their security and fraud protection policies.
All orders within the United Kingdom will be shipped via royal mail signed for services or royal mail tracked services.
International orders will be shipped via royal mail tracked services unless unavailable in which case it shall be shipped via royal mail signed for services. For large value or for significantly heavy weight orders an alternate tracked service may be used rather than a royal mail service due to royal mail's restrictions. Shipping providers may vary due to rare circumstances.
Items will be dispatched within the following 3 working days after the order has been submitted, in the rare circumstance that this is not possible the customer will be notified.
Under normal circumstances, in the mainland of the United Kingdom, items can be expected to arrive within 7 working days from dispatch.
Under normal circumstances international orders can be expected to arrive within 14 working days granted that processing at customs facilities within the customer's country is prompt.
All items are sent completely insured. In the rare occurrence that a shipment has been damaged or lost in transit an appropriate refund will be issued once the shipping provider has provided confirmation of such occurrence.

Since Sea.Lam Archive houses many items from various brands operating all over the world, creating garments uniquely for various types of people, the items on Sea.Lam Archive may fit differently to the tagged size of the product. On the majority of products the measurements will be provided, however, if they are not, please contact via email (email@example.com) for measurements to be provided. It must be noted that any statements on how the items fit are based on opinion and may differ to customer opinion. Sea.Lam Archive attempts to edit and process photos of the items to match as close as possible to how the items look in person. However, the true colours / textures of items may vary from the colours / textures observed by customers due to the following reasons: different display screens are calibrated differently, the items were photographed in specific studio lighting environments or other discrepancies.
Items may be packaged using reused materials to reduce plastic waste.
